Do I need any technical skills?
No. We set everything up with you in the 3-hour launch. After that, adding an event is as easy as filling in a form.
Who holds the ticket money?
You do. Buyers pay through your own Stripe account and Stripe pays you out directly. BigShoow never touches your money.
Is there really no commission?
BigShoow takes 0% of your ticket sales. Stripe charges its standard card processing fee, as it would on any website.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We connect your domain during your launch, so fans see your name in the address bar.
What happens after the setup?
A small flat monthly plan covers hosting, security updates and support. No lock-in contracts.
